Cleaning, Disinfection, and Hand Hygiene

Reducing the risk of exposure to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, by cleaning and disinfection is an integral part of our opening that requires our careful planning.


Disinfectants


Active ingredients and their respective concentrations are all Health Canada endorsed as

effective against SARS-CoV-2 virus and other microbes.


Hand Sanitizer:


• ≥ 65% Ethyl alcohol equivalent (Contact Time: Wet-to-Dry)


Disinfectant spray:


• 0.017% (170 ppm) Hypochlorous acid (DIN 02495716, Contact Time: 5 minutes) – Clorox, equivalent or better (@ 0.020%/200 ppm; Contact Time ≤ 5 minutes)

• 3% Hydrogen Peroxide

• Household bleach (Contact Time: 10 min), Clorox or equivalent.


For entry area, we will spray bleach water or electrolyzed water before and after each transition, and use germicidal ultraviolet lamp every week.
